Pin1 (of the black SSC-male connector) is on the bottom-left on the above picture.

The packaged sensor is casted with epoxy, very durable, you can step on it or melt the external softer black part without damage to the internals.

The adapter is used to hold the 400kPa MPXH6400 sensor. Motorola packages this nice sensor in SMD only, so a PCB was necessary for a clean install. Output is compatible with the more common MPX4250AP sensor, but features 400kPa range instead of 250kPa. Recommended for > 130kPa (1.3bar, 18psi) boost.

The "bare"-board is ment to be mounted vertically in the Alubos case, perpendicular to v3.x

Mounting is normally done vertically, perpendicular to the v3.x PCB. The nipple is horizontal, points to the "VIV" type pneumatic connector mounted "through the frontplate". Notice that this sensor has small 5x3mm nipple, so

Pinout of the 12V version

Note that populated this way, the supply has a wide range, and the 5V is output, not input. Applying 5V to the 5V output is not supported, it might damage the unit. Use the 5V version if you want to power from 5V
