No feedback as of yet. Customer getting frustrated with repair time.
Issue with the ECU from the first time the customer plugged it into his car. Main relay buzzing.
Please provide feedback to the status of the repair / alterations to the ECU so that the main relay stops buzzing.
Update and further issue with this ECU.
currently on my bench with customers actual engine loom there look to be no issues when its directly connected to the battery. However as described in email conversation the main relay and fuel pump relay don´t work. With his stock BMW ECU they do and the car drives normally. Any suggestions to potential reasons?

I need help to diagnose this ECU so I can actually use it
It hasn´t left my bench, I added second serial and 5v to second serial which works.
- it's best NOT to disassemble an ECU
- if really needed, be very careful during clamping, especially if the device has bridgeoutput driver ( especially if planning to use it for InTake/DriveByWireThrottle )
- needs good cooling

- if inverted, than activation will turn them off. Extra outputs can possibly be controlled from:
- p259 channels (activate all, 1 by 1)
- s259 ch 1-2 (internal signal), in VemsTune: "Extra output 5/6"

- VT: see VemsTuneVersion and validate
- if in doubt, publish .vemscfg
EC10 pinout
- EC10/pin1 NFET out (p259/ch0, inverted)
- EC10/pin2 NFET out (p259/ch1, inverted)
- EC10/pin3 NFET out (p259/ch2, inverted)
- EC10/pin4 NFET out (p259/ch3, inverted)
- EC10/pin5 +5V
- EC10/pin6 3d trig HALL input
- EC10/pin7 2nd wheelspeed input
- EC10/pin8 Bridge output 1 (planning to use throttle ?)
- EC10/pin9 Bridge output 2 (planning to use throttle ?)
- EC10/pin10 GND
- Verify GND with resistance/connectivity measurement;
- Verify +5V with DVM DC measurement.
There are 10 wires total for this small narrow board
EC10/pin1-4: What I am getting is the NFET board output are "always on" (note: BECAUSE : )
- Measuring results with all P259 channels off (unused).
- To acquire useful information, turn on inputs from VT, 1 by 1, while measuring.
- most likely outputs will act to the changes commanded from VT, it's that simple (and take notes: should match the paper included with the device)
- The P259 0-3 outputs need to be set inverted for this board to work correctly. They are on / off controllable but inverted! This is not represented correctly on any paperwork.

Thick Brown - 0V
4 Thin Wires - all 12V
4 Thick wires - all pull to ground enough to activate my test LED
I have ECU 19222
Everything seems to work except the EGT1 is saying 100degrees while at ambient with a Ktype supplied by VEMS.
I´ve tested both of the K types I bought from VEMS and some other ones, all read on my K type tester ambient temps, just VEMS doesn´t read the ktype right.
EGT cal is 71 as arrived from VEMS.
Please advise to a resolution
This was the last thing to test before being able to ship the ECU to the customer.
