This assumes that you have the 4+4 Ignition option:

The coils are wired in order

* Cylinder 1 - EC36pin33 (Coil 1)

* Cylinder 2 - EC36pin34 (Coil 2)

* Cylinder 3 - EC36pin11 (Coil 4)

* Cylinder 4 - EC36pin24 (Coil 6)

For the Nissan firing order 1, 3, 4, 2

Set the coil sequence in MegaTune, 1, 4, 6, 2 (remember that the coil sequence counts down from the highest cell)

Ensure that the coil charge time is low enough to not overheat the coils, 1.2mS is a good starting point, should you find that misfires occur at higher RPM or higher boost then increase the charge time by .1mS at a time until the misfire ceases.
