Morning everybody,
Note: the name of this page must be accidental (might be removed later. See MembersPage, preferrably create another page, for content to be moved to)
Changed:
fuel cut: why is it to ovoid overun ? or maintain the rpm not more than a value, then what criteria to choose this value ?

ALS ign rpm1 and RPM 2: Do not understand the purpose

Als retard: what does it mean ??

Deactivation time: it is stated that aftyer that time the ALS turn on when input is activated. then if we set "always on" what criteria will make the ALS off then ? as we need it only during the gear change ?

Is there a need to instal a switch ? or we can do ALS without ?

* fuel cut: when TPS < IAC TPS threshold, cut fuel above fuelcut RPM (when throttle pedal is released, but air leaks into the motor for some reason, or RPM higher after gearshift: "engine braking")

Useful tutorial; answers most questions: MembersPage/GaborRacz/NewAlsLaunchAndOthers

* ALS ign rpm1 and RPM 2:

* Als retard: "retard" = delay sparkadvance

* ALS Deactivation time: ALS turns off after specified time (might not make a difference when ALS is configured "always on", set to 0 for future compatibility)

** normally ALS is enabled by a switch. Only very rough race-engines use always open throttle (and configuring idle for those is more challenging)
