Boost Control:
Pin 6 / Injector 7 / "G" / "6" in the h[0] Injector Output Table
Idle Control:
Pin 17 / Injector 8 / "H" / "7" in the h[0] Injector Output Table
To enable these, you go into the Injector Output Table, and at the bottom
starting at "7":
"7" select "128" which enables "INJ 8"
"6" select "64" which enables "INJ 7"
For Boost and Idle Control, wire a Switched 12v power to the valves. The
ECU triggers Ground.
Intercooler Pump: Relay output see above.
Control: Misc Output 1 / 2,000 RPM / 50% TPS / 90 kpa MAP
