Cranking and CLT warmup settings
It was cold last night (around freezing) so I took the chance to sort out cold start. A lot of fiddling later and it's acceptable, but not brilliant.
Hot start is misbehaving a bit lately. Not too bad as it goes on the second attempt, but it should go on the 1st!

- Does the wideband warmup time have any effect on engine warmum?
- it shouldn't
- My car seems to be attempting to get to the AFR in the map during warmup, no matter the temperature.
- what does this mean ? Ego is activated (non-0) ? If you investigate anything suspicious, make sure the full set of runtime conditions are known (log with MegaTune is useful here) and mcd dump of the config is uptodate
- (I've got about 130% warmup enrichment at 50C.)
- sounds a bit high, but (after tuning with warm) if it seems to require it...
