Distributor based ignition, it needs logic drive, it is connected to stepper A.

* Stepper A is channel 3. See GenBoard/Manual/DigitalOut/Table . So channel 0 is bad for stepper A.

** I don't understand why it is bad. For example: h[2]=36 46 56 66 00 00 00 00 . When genboard makes an ignition event, and the ignition outputs are set to 03..00, then the first impulse will go to that output that the 03 element of the h[2] table defines (=0x66=stepper D), the next impulse goes to 0x56=Stepper C, then 0x46=stepper B, and finally 0x36=stepper A. Is this right?

**With distributor, all of the impulse should go to the same output, so every (used) element in h[2] should be the same?
