Tachometer requires lower than 50% duty

- Orginal tachometer has a dutycycle around 33/255 (see pictures).

* Since 1.1.77 (see GenBoard/UnderDevelopment/FirmwareChanges ) very low (1-5) tach_div value adjusts duty, (than freq is nonadjustable, same as if the default 16 was used). You can try 4 for 4/32 (or 3 for 3/32 or 5 for 5/32) duty

** Tachometer works great with values from 1-5 and inverted signal

* is that common for Nissan 200SX or most Nissan ?
