Short description of the project I'm working on.
Is it a lucchini prototype chassis with a 3.0L v6 Busso 24v engine
V3 ecu bought early 2021
only crank trigger 60-2 with VR sensor
no cam sensor
3 injector outputs and 3 ignition output used
no ignition drivers, because coils are driven by an amplifier
tps sensor
air and engine temp sensors
very simple.
the unit worked perfectly for last month,
last week, 5 august 2021 while I was tuning the fuel map on chassis dyno.
after a restart, engine flooded and injectors stuck open
all the config file of the ecu was blank
when I try to upload my file to the ecu, at the end, verify is false
same problem if I try to update firmware.
it seems that the memory can,t be written anymore.
as we had a race 2 days later, I took another V3 ecu from another car so we could go to the race, and the car worked fine all race week end.
could I test something on the board by myself ?
I need to have both cars running in 3 weeks.
