Cylinder 3 is sooty in ec36/34

note: dwell is 2.3 msec, does not grow with MAP (dwellmap=0)

dwellmap is 0 because we don't see any change in ignition power with higher dwell than 2.0 msec


ign TDC-delay (primary trigger settings) is too low !

Correction hint: 144+20=164 crankdeg = 15*6 + 74


Validation shows possible problem

With hall dirac filter the problem shows less times


Benchtest

We benchtested this config, and didn't found any problem.

We tested it 160 kPa and beetween 3000 and 7000 rpm.

The car is running normaly but when the boost is 0.5 bar and higher the car is missfireing because the weak spark.

I think the primary trigger setting and h0 is incorrect

with the current config when the tdc delay would be -10 degree then the sign would be in place on the crankshaft. Can you count the correct setting for this config?
