Found the problem.
Puls on IC3 seemed to be lot longer than on IC1. Replaced LM1815 and added 1uF on C40 and OK.

A few remarks :
I tried to setup the same engine with a 24-1, 24-2, 24-4 wheel.
The compression is so high that normal pulses can be more than twice the length of the previous normal pulse.
With advanced filtering i can filter normal tooth to max 194%, which is not sufficiënt for this engine.
Therefore switching to 16+1
