Hi. First plan was to build something fun with a 10v engine, but now it has changed totaly.
Will use Audi s4 engine ( AAN ).
The bottomend is almost finished, it has new bearings, new pistonrings and h-beam rods.
The head is going to get ported by Patrick (Kadett4wd).
And a set of cams from Catcams is bought.
Camspec:
In: 289degrees Duration with 0,35mm clearence. 255degrees with 1,25mm clearence. 13,25mm lift
Out: 279degrees Duration with 0,35mm clearence. 238degrees with 1,25mm clearence. 11,45mm lift
I guess it will be a mess to measure vacum with these wild cams?
How well does the Alpha-n + Map-multiplication work in newer firmwares?
More specs:
1680cc injectors. Dual bosch ..044 fuelpumps, fuelcell.
Sachs ..707 clutch + sinter.
Turbo is to start with a HX40 61mm, #19 turbinhousing.
Trigger is going to be used from a VW ADU engine. 60-2, with VR-sensor, and going to use hall for kamsync, and run COP.
