Cranking and CLT warmup settings
It was cold last night (around freezing) so I took the chance to sort out cold start. A lot of fiddling later and it's acceptable, but not brilliant.
Hot start is misbehaving a bit lately. Not too bad as it goes on the second attempt, but it should go on the 1st!

- Does the wideband warmup time have any effect on engine warmum?
- it shouldn't
- My car seems to be attempting to get to the AFR in the map during warmup, no matter the temperature.
Silly mistake on my part. EGO min temperature got set to 00 when I reflashed the firmware and obviously uploaded an old config file. So the EGO correction algorithm carefully undid any warmup enrichment I had... Problem now solved.
