to recomend something for secondary trigger you need to have it in the log. reasons why you dont have it here maybe it's not enabled in sec trig configuration or maybe not connected at all?

Cam-sync is enabled, it is connected, edge is set to Rising for VR sensor. Everything else is disabled. There is a secondary trigger in the log, maybe it is hard to se but it is on every second revolution after the gap, right on the primary trigger pulse.
well there isn't one, ecu is actually reporting that you are missing secondary trigger, it's not there for sure.
