Certification
There are some considerations for certification (R110 ?)
Eg. EMI: most likely series resistors will be used, not PWM-ing (with PWM-ing, special harness would be needed to pass certification EMI test)
Why certify ? Third-party certification is good for certification :-)
Trigger
- primary trigger: HALL (?)
- pattern ?
- secondary trigger: HALL (?)
Injectors
1.7 Ω
- Opening time - 2.5 ms
- Operating temperature - 20 ° C (or -40C) to +120 ° C
3.3 or 4.7 Ohm 50 Watt series resistor for each ?
(6.8 Ohm might be too high to open reliably).
Harness for certification
- 1 or 4 injectors ?
- signal generator
- can TUV apply 13.5V (12..14V) DC supply
- or should we include a 230V => 12V supply with the test setup ?
