My goal is to get my genboard ver. 3.2 running on my VW VR6 turbo GTI! I have a few questions and need some help from you guys.
- Using the Motorolla MAP sensor 4250ap, what is the max boost the genboard will read. As I understand the sensor will read 2.5 bar total. So would that be 1 bar vacuum and 1.5 bar boost or 2.5 bar of boost.
- What is the best ignition pickup on my motor. There is a factory crankshaft position sensor and also a camshaft position sensor.
- What gauge wire should I use in my harness?
- Here is a list of the options I would like to use for the genboard. What do I need to add to the board to enable these options?
- knock sensing
- egt
- wideband
- boost controll (using nissan 300zx boost controller)
- Idle air controll
- anyone want to add anything that might be of use?
- one more?
- Is there any way to use a fly by wire (drive by wire) throttle body?
