OK so now to my question. The last time I pulled my VEMS out and played with it i managed to get it stuck in bootloader. in the 19200 baud i would get the "AVREFI1" output. I dint play with it too much after that and put it back in its case and back into storage. Now just as of recent i've pulled it back out and really started to get back to work on it and i cant reproduce anything. I"ve checked over my serial connections. the most I can get out of it is a "<0>" in terminal. I've tried downloading and uploading firmware to it and all i get is "No hello from AVR"

I've tried both the S and the Man commands in both 9600 and 19200 baud and don't get anything, just the little <0> sometimes. So i'm at a loss here. Anybody have any advice?

I figured i should get one of these pages started so that i can share my project and hopefully get a few questions answered.

This is where my car sits right now, I'm down to some of the last few details for getting it running and one of those hangups is my VEMS V3.2. I've had the controller for a while but have just recently been needing to use it.

My coil pack setup, my only fear with this setup is finding a way to get rotary trailing split to work.
