Q: Is Genboard V 3.3 able to handle my air condtioner, when i remove my org ECU? Or can i use both org ECU and Genborad for this?

A: You have to tell use more about what is implied by "handling the air conditioner", is it an on/off function based on temperature or is it more complicated? You could possibly use your stock ECU for this.

Usually there is nothing in the AC that the ECM should control. When the AC clutch engages, the RPM drops a little, and normal idle-air control opens the idle-valve a bit (=> increases MAP) to get back the idle-target RPM

Q: Can Genboard V3.3 control my Vanos?

A: No code has been written for this. There is also an issue of what type of VANOS you have. The early type works only on the intake cam, and is either on or off, that should be doable if you search around for more technical documentation. The newer type which controls both cams is more complicated and is variable as far as I know. [Basic VANOS info ]

The general "misc_outputs" are normally used for similar functions (eg. I actuate my variable intake manifold at specific RPM range above certain MAP and TPS thresholds ). I don't know of an application for VANOS, particularly.
