Operation

* Unit is activated by ignition

* Select ECU by pressing and holding button

** Supported ECU is displayed on LCD

** ECU list scrolls while button is held

** ECU list stops and current ECU flashes when button is released

** ECU is selected when button is pressed again

** If not button is pressed within 3 seconds, the original ECU is retained

* Start and stop logging with a button press

** Logging status is displayed on LCD

** A new CSV file is created each time logging is started

** First field of logs has a timestamp
