Questions 22/10-05:
I have my VEMS installed to day after a little year (hard stuff)
studding the project.
I have made a mix connection so i can switch be twin the org. Bosch ecu =
and VEMS. When I run ignition on VEMS I have a problem joust a tiny little spark at the plug "sometimes ".
Rpm, injection and the rest seams to be ok. Triad to adjust dwell timing
but no luck.
The coil is from a standard Ford Fiesta wasted spark (edis) is there any
kind of problems with that typ. Of coil and how can I test it..
Measured the coil:
Pin 1-2 =3D 0,5 ohm cyl 1-4
Pin 2-3 =3D 0,5 ohm
Pin1-3 =3D 1,0 ohm cyl 2-3

I have a question about Wbo2 calibration
Is not possible calibrate the Wbo2 to 20,9 . When I change to ff = 255 Hex (wbo2_calibration=FF) the results become afr 20,1 and it not possible to go any higher.
Does anyone know what to be the problem??
- it's definitely pump_pid misconfiguration, the nernst cannot reach 4.45V (or more exaclty pump- + 0.45V)
- wbo2_pump_pid_ki=01 is surely wrong (where is the 01 value from?) try 0x20.. 0x40 or even 0x80 if you decrease wbo2_pump_pid_ilimit to appr 40..80)
- btw, measure RCal (resistance between sensor pin2 and pin6)
- Thanks Marcell
wbo2_pump_pid_ki=01 changes to 64 Hex all clear now
Best Regards
Peter
