I am currently setting up a VEMS V3 for my 1970 Alfa Romeo 1750 GTAm replica.
I use a Alfa 75 2 litre twinspark naturally aspirated engine.
stock 60-2 trigger wheel, stock VR sensor
running twin spark as wasted spark
Alpha/N
VGS throttle body
Genboard ordered directly from vems.hu with VR as primary trigger and hall as secondary trigger (as i did not know which kind of sector i would use).
Wiring loom made as shown in the schematics available from download section.
Everything works fine except the VR sensor. Sensor until EC-36 shows perfect signal with oscillograph.
No trigger signal in triggerlog, contacted Ferenc Kulin, he quickly checked my settings (looked OK), he will also check my wiring diagrams.
Possible fault: P259 chip (even if i do not use the outputs from this chip at all), maybe i blew it when testing the hall sensor?
If wiring schematics is OK i will send in ECU for a check.
