This engine had no trigger sensor by default, so the following position was fabricated:
As the trigger wheel is from a newer version of the engine, the missing tooth position is fixed.
Problem now is that the positions of the sensor and missing tooth at TDC ends up in an "illegal position" in terms of first and second triggerpoint in the setup.
This is how I translate the real situation into the trigger setup:
The way to handle this is to set up with a different firing order - starting with cylinder 3.
That will be at TDC 180 deg later, like this:
To get the injectors to the right time, i ordered them like this:
Horizontal 1-4 is ny cylinders, and I assume that the top line is fired first, then the next as the arrow says?
Ignition:
Pin 10 ignites 2/3 and pin 4 ignites 1/4.
Question: When should the cam-sync trigger be enabled in the cycle? Before cyl 1 TDC, or before Cyl 3 TDC?
Question 2: Is there other settings I need to update to get this to start?
