Hi my name is Joakim Røed.

I`m a 28 year old car mechanic from Norway. I mainly work with MB light transporter vehicles such as the Vito and Sprinter.

I have no programming or electronic design skills, but I do know how to swing my soldier iron:)

Car: 73 AMC hornet hatchback.

Engine: +030 AMC 360 with TRW 8.5:1 powerforged pistons. Camshaft specs: Intake/exhaust dur.@050 - 224/234. Valve lift - 0.496/0.521" Lobe separation - 114degrees, hydraulic. Torker intake drilled for 8 injectors. 80mm BBK throttle-body. Home made turbo headers, 50mm wastegate, Holset HX55 turbocharger(67mm inducer), Air to water IC.

Fuel system: Fuel-cell, Magna Fuel Prostar EFI pump, 10AN feed line and 8AN return with cooler, 8 Bosch 160lb/hr injectors(low Z), Aeromotive fuelpressure regulator, Universal Holley fuelrails.

I want to run sequential injection and COP distributorless ignition.

At first I wanted to use the B&G megasquirt together with my MSD pro-billet dizzy and Digital6+ box, but I was told the idle would be very rough with batchfire injection and 160lb/hr injectors. So I searched the net for other options and ended up ordering a Genboard/V3.1:)

Q`s and A`s:

Q: is this the right positions for ignition IGBT`s and the MAP-sensor?: Bilde008.jpg

A: The map sensor needs to be mounted like this: [map pic#1] [map pic#2] I used a ic-foot piece to raise the map sensor a bit, that way mouting the hose to it is easier. The orientation of the FETS and IGBTS is good - DB

Updates:

15.08-04 I have recieved my Genboard/V3.1 (board #71) and soldierd on the ecnoseal connectors, injector and WB FET`s.
