The Old Subaru run coil on plug oe, with a external ignitor,firing order is 1-3-2-4, and NOT the regular 1-3-4-2
COIL 1 = EC18 PIN 4 = STEPPER A
COIL 2 = EC18 PIN10 = STEPPER C
COIL 3 = EC18 PIN 5 = STEPPER B
COIL 4 = EC18 PIN11 = STEPPER D
The coils are run with duelout connected like this:
O1 : C+D
00 : A+B
So wastedspark.
The stepper output was choosen becourse we could not get the logic level to fire the ignitor
