I am researching the possibilities of implementing VEMS onto Porsche 911 (996, 1998 and newer) and Boxster (986, from 1997 and newer).

Engine-wise there should not be a problem, earlier ones were with cable throttle and Motronic 88pin connector, later ones were with electronic throttle.

I made .xls file for 911 pins vs VEMS pins, there are some question marks regarding some connections, perhaps can you give some suggestions?

Here's late type DME connector

Here's pdf for pinout and for DME related schematics from Factory Workshop Manual:

Looking for hints/suggestions what would be the best way to get it to work.

Piggybacking off of this. The connector looks like the M54/S54 BMW one, so probably possible that one PNP operates BMW and Porsche engines.
