Very important pins - if they get disconnected, the ECM will be damaged:
GND5 (power-GND)
- EC36pin26 (signal GND, not power)
- EC36pin22 (next to flyback; custom)
- EC36pin21
- EC36pin5
- EC36pin32
1 .. 1.5mm2 wires recommended for all GND (and GND5) signals and ignition output(s).
0.5 .. 0.75 .. 1 mm2 wires recommended for other signals.
Flyback (injector common +supply)
- EC36pin23
RS232 - EC18 connection, as on GenBoard/Manual/CommHardware
- EC18pin14 DSUB9-pin3
- EC18pin15 DSUB9-pin2
DSUB9-pin5 Ground,but where to connect??
Knock - initally left open
- EC18pin3 : knock signal
- EC18pin2 : knock GND (same as EC36pin26)
Question:
Sensor ground:
- The CLT,MAT sensors have 2 pins,one goes to a dedicated ECU pin
- DSUB9-pin5 Ground,but where to connect??
