Issue with "Rotary trailing spark curve". Leading and trailing ignition plug firing at the same time.
Report with triggerlog, config and vemslog.

Brief details :
- Firmware 1.2.31
- Ign outputs used : leading 0, 1 and trailing 2, 3.
- Table sequence 0,2,1,3
- Fired 0+2 and 1+3
- Should be separated 15 degrees but are simultaenous, as seen on timing light as well as triggerlog.
- Trigger 12-1
- Ref tooth table 0,128,6,128
This issue was confirmed, traced and fixed in 1.2.39 (experimental, compile date after 22sept)
