imho doesnt like to much advance, like 12deg at 2bar boost
some 1.8t has cam control and with cam control spool is 300-500rpm lower
my settings(agu), tdc after 56.5deg, trigger tooth 4
14deg at 1.5bar boost at 8000rpm, gt3076r turbo
that is from dyno
and 15deg for idle
that car had 420HP at 1.8bar at 7500rpm
