Building a '85 318 engine, forged bottom end, bored .030, internally balanced, newly built 302 heads and so on.
For primary trigger I use the MSD Flying Magnet setup.
- AFAIK that is dual HALL (8 pulse + single pulse; just like the stock contact-like-old' it replaces)
- if not a +-VR signal, and it can pull to GND (<0.6V), it can be considered HALL type
For secondary trigger I modified the old dizzy which have a HALL sensor built in.
All is going in my 1970 Charger 500 with a modified 727 automatic and a 8 3/4 rearend.
