Open Questions
makeconfig -c config.txt -h global.h -l error.txt yeilds a three line config.mtt file consisting of Mantt mcs bye. MemebersPage/BillHart/UsedConfig has a print out for the config.txt file which came in mt-027. Makeconfig.exe, config.txt and the correct global.h are in the same directory. Can someone point me to my stupid mistake? I now have 1.0.30rc3 releasse of Megatune where makeconfig works just fine. I will re-download r027 and try again.

This would be 12 imaginary teeth per revolution times two or 24 decimal (18 Hex). Which is correct, 24 or 36 decimal? Sorry to be such a pain, I am just trying to fully understand what I am doing so hopefully I can do my own troubleshooting.
Recent Questions: wiki docs state ignchmax should be "cyl-s (-1) but says "Resist the temptation to set ignchmax=00". The warning is for multiple-cyl engine (and only takes effect when knock-retard is used: individual cylinder-based). For a single cylinder engine, the formula yields zero and ignchmax=00 is perfect.
- to generate a spark at TDC for every revolution on 12-1 crank trigger only, set another_trigger_tooth=24 (decimal 36), since another_trigger_tooth=00 or FF would not get what you want (the RPM-calc could be applied with uneven teeth-spacings).
- nothing special about trigger_tooth and ign_tdcdelay, set it as for any other engine

- we usually use stereo soundcard nowadays. It has many advantages, like processor overhead is small, amplitude can be varied, code is not hard to port between platforms, and it can even work without any executable (wav-s can be played with standard tools).
