- firing order: 1-5-4-8-6-3-7-2
These are the setting that result in some cylinders being off by 90 deg and others by 180 deg. Seem like the math went wrong somewhere...
If looking at the fire order: 1548´6372
Put a line break in the middle and you have the cylinders that fire at the same time in each column.

Where I suggest that the coils are wired like this:
