Because of holidays, FROM 2010 JULY 1-8 and JULY 21-28 the shop servicing will be slower. There will be some activity, but most likely not all packs will be sent within the usual 1..2 working days after payment. It's best to order 3..4 working days in advance or after.

5..20kg packs between EU and non-EU (mostly USA, but also Norway, Australia and other places) are between companies, these go through customs: fees and paperwork.

Sometimes packs from EU to non-EU are split to max 2kg "letter class mails" before sent. We don't know a case when import tax had to be paid. To make it smoother:
