Trigger: 36-1 without camsync

This hardware configuration is the same as a 6cyl 4 stroke engine with wasted spark ignition (each ignoutput fires every crankrot).

** note that this cheats (6 cyl 4 stroke configured). We strongly recommend this instead of the 2 stroke 3 cyl setting.

Reported problem with the received (wrong) VemsCfg

* the engine started and then goes the rpm gauge from 1000rpm to 7000 rpm but the engine have not 7000 rpm he has max idle rpm 1000 to 1500rpm

Findings:

* wrong trigger settings (correctly next trigger tooth = 12

* wrong trigger tooth table order (must be 0 24 12 ... from top to bottom)
