RPM actuator threshold details

* The RPM actuator has +-100 RPM hysteresis, configuring to 500 RPM -> activates at 600 RPM, deactivates at 400 RPM

* From firmware 1.1.96 the 0 RPM and 100 RPM configuration semantics has changed:

** 0 RPM : activates when engine states flag shows "Running On" or "cranking", deactivates if flag shows Running Off.

*** Warning this flag can change very fast many times, use only for leds, or lamps

** 100 RPM : activates >200 RPM, deactivates when <100 RPM
