I'm planning to purchase Genboard and learn from basics. Here what I can gather so far:

* Volvo B5234T3 2003

* 5 Cylinder inline

* 5 injectors Low-Z

I think I need:

* 1. Boost control valve

* 2. Injector FETS

* 3. WBO2 Heater fet

* 4. Boost MAP and MAT from VEMS VW number is 038906051

* 5. Ignition Driver IGBT? 8 or 6+2

* 6. Stepper motor/IAC from volvo 850 - should i go with this?

* 7. low voltage flyback.

* 8. external MAP sensor jumper

* 9. trigger selection jumper

* 10. logic level ignition output jumper

* 11. PS2 interface

* 12. LCD interface

According to the specs we could find (ME7) for your engine Volvo B5234T3 2003 it has:

* 5 smart coils.

* 5 injectors (Low-Z)

* VR crank sensor

* HALL cam sensor

* 2 knock sensors

* Boost and VVTI solenoid

Using those specs and the list you posted above (ps2 option is not practical on your setup instead wheelspeed input is much more versatile) we would recommend:

Free inputs for extra function activation are standard available on the ecu, one of these can be utilized to handle the Input to retard timing from TCU

A stepper chip for driving the Volvo 850 idle valve is also a standard feature of the v3 ecu.
