This is my first car with OEM dashboard or ABS CAN Bus communication, so i would like to ask you for help me with ECU configuration when ordering and with setting the CAN communication right.
From what i read, i think i need 2 COM ports on ECU + STM32F103_CAN_Dash module and use stream AIM to CAN BUS data conversion. Is it right? Can you please write me a list of components which i need to order? |

* need 2 COM ports on ECU ** yes, request "2nd RS232" in order comment * STM32F103_CAN_Dash module (or an equivalent new, smaller form factor CAN and wheelspeed + plenty extra analog inputs module) ** and use stream AIM to CAN BUS data conversion (BMW, most likely same as E46 CAN ID-s, 0x316 0x329 ) |
