Added:
First V8 quad VANOS app fully controlled with VEMS was BMW S65 (and S68)

* with [Internal CAN]

** by Valdas (thx for useful feedback).

* BMW S62 has "dummmy" ETC (single motor controlling both banks), so actually simpler: no CAN-bus install needed; [standard VEMS] but order comments are important

* previously most installers just controlled the two intake cams (and leave the exhaust cams, exhaust cams not nearly as significant for power as intake cams)

5 triggers for Quad vanos

S62 needs VR, 4xHALL

implemented VEMS fw >= 1.2.36

* select 4cam mode

** actuators (see below) can be single PWM output per cam, or:

** optional: dual vanos type (eg. S62) => 8 actuator channels

* primary trigger

** sectrig (C103=1nF)

** thirdtrig (C105=1nF)

** 4th = wheelspeed1 input (C...<=12nF)

** 5th = wheelspeed2 input (C...<=12nF)

Docs are not always exact about patterns, triggerlog will tell (of all 5).

Consider:

* If sectrig is exhaust, 4th trig is the other exhaust

* if third trig is intake, 5th trig is the other intake

Vanos output actuators

write in order comment: BMW S62 needs 8 x highside PFETs indeed, (eg controlled by 8 p259 outputs; firmware supports it of course)
