Changed:
Move IACV from Ref position to increase MAP if below a Min MAP threshold.
Move IACV from Ref position to increase MAP if below a Min MAP threshold. (like MAP<24kPa ? Will it cause IAC prelling ?)
Added:
** can we examine this happening in vemslog ? (maybe some alt. config/tuning strategy would be simplest ?)
Added:
** very similar as usually applied with VEMS. With fuelcut, emissions should be quite good (burning oil cannot be tuned away of course). The transient can be better or worse, depending on tuning and actuators.

** What is typical IAC added step (PWM duty) ? Very easy to confuse IAC PID controller (especially D and integral term), when IAC is tweaked during running (especially if suddenly)
