Related to BMW S50B32 outputs

We received a device S50B32/v3/13410 ... repair (OID 17028) BMW S50B32 "output mystery" with "ign cyl5 problem".

To our surprise, we found that outputs were good (also tested with load), it was a bit puzzling for quite some time.

Since the HW actuates all outputs (not having changed anything), the only possibility we can speculate that the home-swapped cyl 5 ignch6 IGBT legs (bent incorrectly when repaired at home) contacted the clamping plate, causing problem... This could even damage an ignition coil if not sufficiently protected by fuse.

However, this does not explain IAC output issue, since IAC output atuates properly.

* No measurements were detailed

* The device was repaired at home, but no history was provided about what was repaired, why, and how. (we might be able to speculate some of it, but original information is always preferred)

* vemslog/config normally sent before sending the device (not in this case).

** Config was saved from the device sent for repair/upgrade. Config was not reviewed 2020-06-15, summary:

** "customers config "v3.3_u013410-A-2021.06.14-Vevoe.vemscfg" matches the outputs (for ignition and injector + idle) from "M50-vanos-vs-s50b32-vs-M60B40_B30.xls" => S50B32 column

* except for Injector 5 was disabled (ec36-pin6)

** but that might have been done intentionally to stop fuel to cyl5 (or 2) if the coil cyl5 was not working ?

The outputs work as on BMW S50B32 outputs, mechanically repaired the cyl5 IGBT (to clear the clamping plate, to not cause short as with the home-swapped IGBT).
