Well done on getting it going - it's the most difficult (and stressfull) bit. The priming pulse happened when you first turned the key on, and the cranking pulse was what happend during starting. I have a 0.0ms prime pulse and the car runs fine. (When warm, idle pulsewidth is 1.35ms for a 5 litre v8 with 600cc highZ injectors.)
