Gauge Grouping

In VemsTune™ Gauge Group is a collection of gauges and tables which layout (position, size, selected value) can be modified and saved. Hot key can be defined for all groups.

There are a couple of predefined groups which can be found in menu: View->Group.

Every group can be redesigned/rearranged (new widgets can be added or removed).

Misc groups:

• Shift-1: Main

• Shift 2: GPS gauges

• Shift-3: Egt, Boost, Iac text gauges

• Shift-4:

• Shift-8:

• Shift-9:

2D Tuning Groups:

• Alt-1: VE table tuning

• Alt-2: Ignition table tuning

• Alt-3: Target lambda tuning

• Alt-4: Vertical flags

• Alt-5: Horizontal flags

3D Tuning groups:

• Ctrl-1: VE table tuning 3D

• Ctrl-2: Ignition table tuning 3D

• Ctrl-3: Target lambda tuning 3D

• Ctrl-4: Boost table tuning 3D

There are 3 group layout behavior which can be selected in menu:“View-> Gauge group layout behavior”

• Floating over the main frame: This is the recommended for now every widget appears in a separate frame over the main.

• Inside the main frame: Still in testing phase every group appears in the new panel on the main frame.

Group toolbar

There are couple of predefined groups can be found on the toolbar menu.

These tool bar groups can be modify (remove, add existing group) by right clicking on the group:

• Select a group: select a group from the existing group list.

• Stick the group: In normal case when a new group has been opened the old one was closed automatically so there is only one group is opened but sometimes it is useful to “stick the group” which means it always will be visible (wont close when new group is opened)

  It is very useful in case of flags.

• Add new icon: Add a new tool bar icon.

• Remove icon: Remove the current tool bar icon.
